Red Velvet Smoothie

A lot of my clients struggle with what they want to eat for breakfast. When I don’t have much time I love to grab a smoothie.

Serves 1

Ingredient

1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

15g Kale

3 tbsp Coconut cream

9g Cashews, raw, soaked

1 tbsp Flaxseeds

Method

Blend together until smooth.
